Janna, glad to see you here! Let me know how those triangle cookies turn out — I’ve found them to be an exercise in frustration, but it might have been my lack of patience that did me in. And yes, Zuni chicken is worth a try since it is truly outstanding and so simply prepared.

In terms of experience, I am making refrigerator cookies (it is snowing madly here in the Washington area and everything is closed), chose a Martha S. recipe in which the cookies are to be shaped like triangles…. interesting trying to effect that.
